miserable thats all

i have been using dsl for about 5 years now but tele2 is the worst that i have had i just measured me speed before i wrote this and you know what my dsl connection is under 400 what can i say ? if tele2 think that i am going to pay them the full price for this month there are mistaken
i am not getting what i am paying for so why should i pay the full pricei know that they are doing it on purpose becaue i watch tv online and not i cant the speed is to slow any one that read this please pass it on to others so that they wont make the same mistake as i did dont sign up with tele2 it is the worst thing on the net thank you .
