Horrible customer experience

First they create fictive fees on my phone bill, and tell me that they can't tell me where they come from because I haven't allowed them to track my calls in the settings of my account. Then, the iPhone I bought in the context of a contract stops working within the period of warranty - but they will only cover the costs if I prove that the problem was there when I bought the phone. Which is obviously impossible. The company is obviously so big that they don't care at all about their clients. Even if you have several contracts with them over the course of several years. I will be ending my contracts and will not recommend this service to anyone.
